At Kesari Technology, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or cancellations are considered.
1. Project Cancellation by Client
- Clients may request cancellation before any work has started on the project.
- If cancellation is approved prior to the start of work, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative or consultation fees.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
- No refunds will be issued once work has commenced, under any circumstances.
2. No Refund Policy
Once any aspect of the project has begun—such as initial research, planning, design drafts, development work, or consultations—no refund will be provided, regardless of the reason. This includes (but is not limited to):
- A change in business plans
- Client delays or failure to provide timely input
- Disagreements after design approval
- Project scope change by the client
3. Cancellation by Kesari Technology
- In rare cases where Kesari Technology must cancel a project due to internal or external reasons, a fair refund may be issued based on the work completed.
- Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- If the client violates the terms of service, fails to provide required resources, or behaves unprofessionally, Kesari Technology reserves the right to cancel the project with no refund.
4. Dispute Resolution
- We encourage open communication. If a client has a concern, it should be raised in writing.
- All concerns will be reviewed in good faith, but this does not alter the no refund clause once the work has begun.
5. Policy Acceptance
By signing a project agreement or making a payment to Kesari Technology, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
